Alexandre Fortin

Remember when undrafted free agent Alex Fortin showed up to Blackhawks’ camp and impressed so much that he earned a contract and nearly made the NHL team out of camp?

Well, it’s been a rough go for Fortin since then. He’s suffered some tough injuries and hasn’t produced a ton in the AHL when he has been healthy.

This isn’t a make-or-break year for Fortin, but it’d be nice to see the 22-year-old start making some progress.
