Number 4 – 2014-15 Patrick Kane (Age 26)

The 2014-15 season should have been even bigger for Patrick Kane. This season featured Patrick Kane playing some of his best hockey with some great linemates like Brad Richards, and Kris Versteeg.

In 2015-15 Kane put up 64 points in just 61 games, and although Kane did not put up more points he was cut off short by a bad injury late in the season. The injury came against the Florida Panthers, and although his season ended early he still was amazing.

We have all seen Kane get hit on the occasional play. Honestly, it has become a rarity because of how well he plays with the puck. This hit in 2015 ended his season early, but luckily he made it back for the playoffs.

Kane was on pace for his best season when he was sidelined after 61 games, and he came back in the playoffs and played at the same rate. Kane managed to put up 23 points in the playoffs en route to the Blackhawks 3rd Stanley Cup in 6 seasons.
