The Chicago Blackhawks have been without Andrew Shaw for a while, his return should provide a spark for this team.

Andrew Shaw‘s last injury update came in December when the team said he was still suffering from a concussion. Shaw has not played since November 30th against the Colorado Avalanche. This is a different Blackhawks team than Shaw saw last.

The Blackhawks lost Shaw and only got better over time. I can not wait to see what they can hopefully accomplish once Shaw returns sooner rather than later. Yes, the Blackhawks have struggled at times, but once Shaw returns their depth scoring is only going to increase.

I like Shaw. I think he brings a fire to the lineup every night. No matter what the shift or the score Shaw goes out and does his absolute best. If Brent Seabrook is the heart of this team than Shaw is the legs, always carrying everyone around.

I predict that Shaw will return from his concussion with about 10 games to go this season, he will be a welcomed addition especially if they are going to compete for the playoffs!
