Jeremy Morin

Jeremy Morin played for the Blackhawks for five seasons, where he played in just 48 games. He was another player that just never found his way to a consistent role in the NHL.

In 2013, Morin played in three games for the Blackhawks, where he scored one goal and had one assist for two points. Just like Hayes, Morin never found himself on the Stanley Cup for the Blackhawks. He didn’t play in enough games or find himself playing in a playoff game.

Morin’s closest chance of winning a Stanley Cup was in 2013-14 when he played in two playoff games.

Mid-way through the 2015 NHL season, Morin was traded to the Blue Jackets, where he played his most-recent hockey in the NHL. Since then, he played for the Hershey Bears in the AHL before being released.

Morin is an unrestricted free agent after playing just 82 NHL games in his career. If he never gets picked up by another team again, at least he can say he scored 10 goals in the NHL. That’s something the majority of the population can’t say.
