Blackhawks: 5 players who need to be great in the playoffs

Alex DeBrincat
Alex DeBrincat has struggled an awful lot this season, regressing from his 40 goal season just a year ago with just 18 this year. There’s no good excuse for the regression, as he’s stayed healthy for the most part and hasn’t missed a single game this season.
Either way, the regression needs to be over. DeBrincat needs to be re-paired with his best friend and teammate Dylan Strome during this playoff run, as they had one of the best lines in hockey just a season ago.
The playoffs are where players make earn money, it’s time for DeBrincat to earn his. It’s exciting to see that this will be DeBrincat’s, along with a few other younger players’ first playoff run in Chicago. The nerves have to be for some of them.

DeBrincat will be a huge part of the Blackhawks’ playoff run if they go anywhere. That is why his success will be crucial to the team, as the playoffs move on.
