8. Patrick Kane is still Patrick Kane

Patrick Kane has put up 42 points through the first 32 games of the season. His 1 goals are not the best on the team, but he is dishing out assists at a crazy rate and is one of the best playmakers this team has to offer.

Kane has 4 points in their last five games, but that does include two pointless matchups against Tampa Bay this past weekend. The Blackhawks need Patrick Kane to register some points if they are going to have any chance at winning, and the great thing is he will be there to help.

Kane brings out the best of everyone he plays with. The biggest reason to not give up on the team just yet is the fact that Kane is still playing at such a high level.

Should the Blackhawks get Kirby Dach in the lineup within the next week or so, Kane’s game is only going to take off. Going back the past few seasons, Dach is definitely the most talented center Kane will have played with during the past several seasons. During the past few years, he has still found ways to put up more than a point per game all year despite not having the most reliable linemates.
