Option Three:

Alex Nylander – Kirby Dach – Patrick Kane

Pairing Kane with Nylander and Dach could be interesting. Nylander and Kane played together a lot during Nylander’s last season playing and this would allow the two to build on that chemistry a little more. Plus it would make the lineup even deeper allowing for DeBrincat to play with Toews and Kubalik or to play on a different line with Johnson.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Chicago split up DeBrincat and Kane at least under the right circumstances for this coming season. DeBrincat really took off offensively towards the end of the season, but that paired up with Kane no longer scoring goals. The two are electric together, but they might be just as good away from each other allowing for more goals.

Nylander and Dach are young guys that both have a future with this team. If they can build some chemistry together and then also learn from one of the best players ever in Kane then the city of Chicago would have a great top six for years to come. Plus With Nylander missing time last season, I think it would be a great comeback story to see him with Kane.
