The Blackhawks Are About To Make A Big Move

If the ‘Hawks are about to make a big move for their roster, I expect Dylan Strome to be a part of it. They could be looking to make a big splash upfront, or start stockpiling draft picks for future years to prepare for life after this last playoff push that they seemingly are gearing up for.

Having guys like Gaudette, Borgstrom, Hardman, Reichel, and Hagel locked up beyond this season gives you a decent bottom 6 foundation, potentially more, if you decide to blow things up after this year and go in a different direction. Or one or multiple of those players could be part of a package deal to bring in a premier talent for a push towards a Cup.

So who would that be? Jack Eichel? One of the Tkachuk brothers? Vladimir Tarasenko? Or it could be something completely off the radar, and Bowman could be looking to load up on draft picks for this coming draft, where there is expected to be some major star power at the top.

Or it could be completely different, and have ulterior motives in mind….say the revitalization of the Icehogs?
