4. Jeremy Colliton Figures It Out Behind The Bench:

Jeremy Colliton has not really had this good of al lineup in the past. I know that to the players and coaches they are always doing their best to get the team they are apart of a win. Well, while that is what they are hoping for, this is arguably the best and deepest lineup Colliton has ever had.

How he responds to different moments of the season will be critical to the team’s playoff chances. Whether or not he is ready to play a game as a clear pick favorite to win, and having to shuffle around different players not based on development but just out of pure ability to play will be issues he has not had to face a lot in the past.

If Colliton figures it all out behind the bench and coaches this team perfectly then there is no doubt this team could be a top three team in the division, maybe even playing with home ice. Colliton definitely has his work cut out for him with all the different players vying for roster spots, but I trust that having so many NHL caliber players and needing to cut some is not an issue anyone in that position would dislike.
