Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! The Chicago Blackhawks decided to play their stinker of a game this season last night in South Florida as the Hawks lost to the Florida Panthers by 7… yes 7 goals.
The game was out of hand early and often as the Panthers put on their offensive skates last night, but the real story of the night was all of the Chicago Blackhawks trying to be enforcers.
Patrick Kane tried to fight, but that didn’t really happen. Richard Panik did fight and picked up 17 minutes in penalty minutes which as we all know isn’t the Chicago Blackhawks game especially in this era.
The thing is that it’s just one game and nothing to get alarmed about. The Hawks have clinched their playoff spot so you can see there is no urgency in their game the past week. Every year they have a game like this well maybe not 7-0, but they got destroyed by the Boston Bruins on home ice on a Sunday morning a few years ago.
So, it was just one game in an 82 game season in South Florida, and if it wasn’t for all the Chicago Blackhawks fans there would anyone have even seen the game live?
