Good morning Chicago Blackhawk fans! The Chicago Blackhawks after yesterday’s 3-2 loss to the Boston Bruins have 3 games left to play this week, and then the regular season will be over.
The Chicago Blackhawks and Boston Bruins played a pretty good game yesterday if you throw out the final score, but really with nothing to play for unless you’re one of 5 people on the face of the earth that care about the President’s Trophy all we care about getting through this week healthy.
The good news is that after the game Coach Joel Quenneville stated that Artem Anisimov will return to skating today which puts him right on schedule to maybe get in the Saturday game in LA, and to be ready for the playoffs that begin in a week. Tanner Kero has played ok between Patrick Kane and Artemi Panarin, but there is something special there with Anisimov in the middle of those two scorers.
The playoffs is what it’s all about though not some 11:30 start time game on a Sunday, because we all know that the Chicago Blackhawks will be playing some seriously late game since they are a Western Conference team even though they reside in the Central Time Zone.
