Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links- 4 Down
Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! The Chicago Blackhawks went to Boston last night, and with the B team playing they left Boston with a 4-2 defeat.
The Hawks are now 2-2 in the preseason and after two sensational games, they have followed them with two games that look like they are going through the motions losses.
I was watching both the Cubs game and Blackhawks game because well preseason games aren’t that exciting, and I really liked what I saw from Alex DeBrincat and John Hayden. Hayden did pick up a goal as well as looking good on Monday night.
The bigger thing for me looking at the game is how much better Brandon Saad looks, and by saying that he looked like a man playing with boys out there at times. To be honest, it does remind me how Marian Hossa looked like at times when he first arrived in Chicago.
I really feel if he’s healthy all year long that Saad will have a huge season in his return to Chicago, and that has to have you excited as a Chicago Blackhawks fan.
