The Chicago Blackhawks have a rematch with the Carolina Hurricanes later tonight, and hopefully, the team can finally finish off a game for the win. Seeing the ‘Hawks battle back to overtime the past few games has been nice to see, but at the same time, a win would definitely be better.
Carolina is one of the hottest teams in the NHL. With a very talented group of forwards, and solid goaltending despite injuries, this team is poised to be the team to beat in the Central. Even in losing the Blackhawks are getting better.
Tampa Bay and Carolina are the two hottest teams in the Central Division. After giving up five goals in each of the first two games against the Lightning, Chicago looked like a completely different team against the Hurricanes a few nights ago.
Hopefully, Chicago will be able to pull out a win tonight and get back on track. In order to do that they are going to need to get on the board earlier. The Hurricanes are a team that rarely falters when playing with a lead. They rarely lose when leading after two periods, so let’s see how Chicago plays tonight.
