No. 2 Duncan Keith

Duncan Keith was drafted by the Chicago Blcakhawks 54th overall at the 2002 NHL Draft. Over the course of his career with the Blackhawks, Keith would win three Stanley Cups, two Norris Trophies, a Conny Smythe Trophy and be named one of the top 100 greatest NHL Players of all time.

Keith played in 1192 NHL games with the Blackhawks over the course of 16 years, he registered 105 goals and 625 points, averaging 24:56 minutes of ice time a night over his career. Keith's 2015 Stanley Cup Playoff run might be one of the most dominant performances in NHL history and there is no doubt he will one day be recognized with a jersey retirement.

Keith is the perfect candidate to next return to Chicago for a jersey retirement. The Blackhawks legend played his final NHL Season with the Edmonton Oilers in 2021-22 and a return for a number retirement would be the perfect way for Blackhawks fans to celebrate all of Keith's accomplishments.
