Blackhawks release development camp roster

Now that the NHL Entry Draft is in the history books, the next order of business for the Chicago Blackhawks is the annual development camp. This year’s camp will run from Monday, June 29, until Thursday, July 2. And for the first time in three years, there will be an on-ice portion of the camp.

“We’re going to see if we can derive a little more information out of some of the on-ice portion,” general manager Kyle Davidson said about the change. “It’s more instructive on our end to create a proper player profile and a player program for them in their development plans. We can get a little more information on maybe skating, some skill work, and an understanding of those areas. Then we can create more of a holistic plan rather than just keeping it off ice.”

Monday, June 29

Tuesday, June 30
Team 1 Practice: 10 a.m.
Team 2 Practice: 11:45 a.m.
Media availability with 2025 draft class and Rockford IceHogs head coach Jared Nightingale.

Wednesday, July 1

Team 1 Practice: 10 a.m.
Team 2 Practice: 11:45 a.m.

Thursday, July 2

Team 1 Practice: 10 a.m.
Team 2 Practice: 11:45 a.m.

All practices will be at the Blackhawks Ice Center and will be open to the public.
