Every year, the Blackhawks walk the red carpet into the United Center to kickoff their home opener. This year was a little special, however.

The 2025 season marks the 100th season in franchise history, so to commemorate the occasion the team welcomed back some of its most notable players from decades past.

Take a look:

Chicago's own, Eddie O. The Brother Rice grad was the Blackhawks' No. 3 overall pick in 1984 and recorded 50 points in his rookie season. He was traded away in 1987, but returned in 1998 for two more seasons in Chicago to close out his career, on the ice. He later joined the Blackhawks broadcast booth and was the voice of the recent dynasty run alongside Pat Foley.

Jeremy Roenick, Chicago Blackhawks

Jeremy Roenick is the most recent Blackhawk to be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame-- at least until Duncan Keith is enshrined next month. Roenick is one of the most prolific scorers in Blackhawks history, with 267 goals and 329 assists in eight seasons. He was also named to four All-Star teams.

Crawford minded the net for two Stanley Cup champion teams, in 2013 and 2015. He won the Jennings trophy twice, and was a two-time All-Star. He also might've delivered the greatest intro to a championship parade speech in Chicago history. "Crow" will have a special place in Blackhawks fans' hearts forever.
