After 39 years with the Blackhawks, Hall of Fame announcer Pat Foley decided to put down the microphone and retire from broadcasting in 2022. What he left behind for Blackhawks fans was nothing short of legendary.

From 1981-2022, Foley made Blackhawks hockey fun to watch and listen to. Not only was his enthusiasm for the Hawks top-notch, but his knowledge of the game and his ability to have fun made him a fan favorite throughout his career.

With so many chilling calls to choose from, I will be focusing on Pat Foley's calls which I believe were the best of his career.

"Tree Tirty Tree Left To Go In The Tird":

Pat Foley was always one to make us laugh with his jokes and impressions but it was always a big laugh whenever there was 3:33 left in the 3rd period which prompted him to always blurt out "Tree tirty tree left to go here in the third!". No matter how many times he said it, it always made Blackhawks fans laugh.

"2.1!"

It's Feb. 2nd, 2013. The Hawks came into Calgary with zero regulations losses in the first eight games of the season. With the Hawks down 2-1 with five seconds left in the game, a beautiful pair of passes from Nick Leddy, Patrick Kane, and Johnny Oduya led to a Marian Hossa goal with 2.1 seconds remaining extending the Hawks streak to nine games with at least one point. Pat Foley was emphatic as can be for this call giving us a never forget moment from 2013.
