As part of the Chicago Blackhawks' centennial season in 2025-26, the franchise has unveiled a team-specific Hall of Fame to honor its 100-year legacy. Fans now have the chance to help shape that legacy by voting for two new inductees: one from the Heritage Era, and one from the Modern Era.

Voting is open through mid-July. Fans can cast their votes at hof.blackhawks.com, and the final inductees will be determined by a combination of fan, alumni, and media votes.

Players that have their jersey numbers retired and included in the Blackhawks Hall of Fame automatically are Glenn Hall (#1), Pierre Pilote and Keith Magnuson (#3), Chris Chelios (#7), Bobby Hull (#9), Denis Savard (#18), Stan Mikita (#21), Tony Espostio (#35), and Marian Hossa (#81).

The top five players from this year's ballot who deserve to be inducted into the Blackhawks Hall of Fame class:

1. Duncan Keith (Modern Era)

Keith anchored Chicago's blue line during its 2010 dynasty and is widely regarded as one of the best defensemen in franchise history. A two-time Norris Trophy winner (2010, 2014) and the 2015 Conn Smythe Trophy recipient, Keith led the Blackhawks to three Stanley Cups (2010, 2013, and 2015). In 2017, he was named one of the NHL's 100 Greatest Players.

2. Brent Seabrook (Modern Era)

Seabrook was Keith's long-time defense partner doing his time with the Blackhawks, becoming the first two defensemen in NHL history to play 1,000 games together. Known for his physicality and clutch goals, Seabrook was a steady locker room presence and a key part of the Blackhawks' championship core.

3. Jeremy Roenick (Heritage Era)

Roenick lit up the scoreboard during the 1990s and remains one of the greatest players to ever wear a Blackhawks sweater. A fan favorite, Roenick posted three consecutive 100-point seasons from 1991 to 1994, and his combination of scoring flair and physical play left a lasting impact on the franchise.

4. Bill Mosienko (Heritage Era)

Mosienko holds the NHL record for the fastest hat trick--three goals in just 21 seconds. A record that remains unbroken. A three-time all-star, Mosienko played 14 seasons with the Blackhawks and was a cornerstone of the franchise during the Original Six era.

5. Corey Crawford (Modern Era)

Corey Crawford led the Blackhawks to two Stanley Cups in 2013 and 2015. He ranks third in team history in wins and second in save percentage, and was known for delivering clutch performances in critical playoff games. His composure in net and consistency make him a deserving Hall of Fame candidate.

Honorable Mentions

Other names that deserve to be in the Blackhawks Hall of Fame are Andrew Shaw, Steve Larmer, Troy Murray, and Brian Campbell.
